These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Duklass Net, a Korean real estate news and community service operated by NeoKorea Co., Ltd. (“Duklass Net,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, posting content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a paid membership. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

2. Service and memberships

Duklass Net provides news, commentary, community features, business information, and members-only content relating to Korean real estate. Content availability and features may change. A membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the applicable content while the membership remains active.

3. PayPal subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

Paid memberships are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancellation. PayPal eligibility and country restrictions apply; South Korean PayPal accounts may not support payments to a South Korean merchant account. You may cancel through the available account controls or by contacting us. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless the checkout disclosure states otherwise.

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly approve a refund. Taxes, exchange rates, PayPal fees, and bank charges may apply.

4. Community conduct

You must not post unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material; impersonate another person; manipulate reviews; distribute spam or malware; scrape or disrupt the service; or use the service for fraud, market manipulation, or unauthorized commercial solicitation. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, branding, software, editorial materials, and other content supplied by Duklass Net or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal personal use, you may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Editorial, investment, and legal disclaimer

Content is provided for general information and community discussion only. It is not investment, tax, legal, accounting, brokerage, appraisal, or other professional advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell property or securities. Real estate information can become outdated and may contain third-party opinions. You are responsible for independent due diligence and professional advice before making decisions.

8. Advertising and third-party services

The service may display advertising, sponsored content, affiliate links, embedded media, and links to third-party services such as PayPal and Google. Sponsored or material commercial relationships should be disclosed. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, privacy practices, or transactions.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, investment results, or the accuracy of third-party information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duklass Net and NeoKorea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under Korean law will hear disputes, except that mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.

12. Changes and contact
