Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NeoKorea Co., Ltd., operator of Duklass Net (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit, register, subscribe, pay, post, advertise, or contact us. It is intended to provide clear information for an international audience under applicable privacy laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”) and, where applicable, the GDPR/UK GDPR and United States state privacy laws.

- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, referral URLs, security logs, pages viewed, cookies, and similar identifiers.
- Preferences: newsletter, marketing, language, cookie, and consent choices where available.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to create and secure accounts; provide memberships and community features; process and reconcile payments; respond to inquiries; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; maintain and improve the service; measure audience and performance; display and measure advertising; comply with law; and send communications you request.
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We and our service providers may use necessary, preference, analytics, and advertising cookies or similar technologies. Google Site Kit, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense may process device, usage, and advertising information under Google’s terms and privacy controls. You can use available consent controls and browser settings, and you may block non-essential cookies; some functions may then be limited.
5. Payment processing
PayPal processes subscription payments as an independent service provider under its own terms and privacy statement. Duklass Net receives information needed to record the membership, verify payment status, handle cancellation, prevent fraud, and meet accounting obligations.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may disclose information to hosting and infrastructure providers; WordPress, WooCommerce, security, email, form, analytics, advertising, and customer-management providers; PayPal and financial processors; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and a successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not intentionally sell personal information for money.
7. International transfers
Duklass Net is operated from the Republic of Korea. Providers such as Google and PayPal may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, consent, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Privacy protections may differ between countries.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including while an account or membership is active, and afterward where needed for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, backup, or other legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law. Information is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated when no longer needed.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; request portability; and complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing, and to non-discrimination, where the CCPA applies. Korean users may exercise rights provided by PIPA.
Submit a request to duklass@neo-korea.com. We may verify your identity and may retain limited records of the request. Authorized agents must provide appropriate authority. You may contact the relevant local authority; information about Korea’s privacy regulator is available from the Personal Information Protection Commission.
10. Children
The paid service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without legally required consent. If you believe a child submitted information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Security and data incidents
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transmission, credential protection, updates, backups, and monitoring. No online system is completely secure. Where required, we will notify affected individuals and authorities of qualifying data incidents.
12. Updates
We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised effective date will be posted here, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.
